"Trees do not do small talk, and that is exactly why I love them."
I am an introvert who hikes to recharge. Out in nature, there is no pressure to be perfect. Just comfy clothes, deep breaths, and moving at my own pace.

I choose trees over small talk. I am thankful for a body that carries me for miles, even if I get muddy along the way.

Admin LoginLet’s be honest, the world is loud, the internet is exhausting, and sometimes the best thing you can do for your brain is put a few miles of mud between yourself and the nearest conversation.
Since my trails are in Denmark, the "mountains" are usually just really aggressive sand dunes, and the ultimate test of endurance isn't altitude, it's the North Sea headwind. We don't hike to conquer massive vertical peaks, we hike to embrace the elements, enjoy the quiet, and eat a really good trail snack without anyone trying to make small talk.

Enjoying the messy moments.
Deep woods and sandy beaches.
